2. If you are not a Boys and Girls Club member, you must fill out a "seasonal membership" form and make payment of $8 at the Boys and Girls Club in Sequim on 5th and Fir St. Your child will not be allowed to attend any practices or games until the seasonal membership form is completed. Thank you!

Cost: $35 for B&G Club Members + $8 Seasonal membership fee for non-members.
Registration fee includes NFL Flag jersey and flags.
Required equipment: mouth guard and cleats.
